NB Learn privacy notice

NB Learn is a learning platform operated by NB Blue Studios™. This notice explains what NB Learn keeps about you and why.

What we keep

• Your name and email address (your NB account, shared across NB products you choose to use).
• An optional reference from your course organiser, such as a roll number, participant ID or employee ID.
• Your enrolment, attendance, the files you submit, your marks and feedback, and statements you accept (for example an integrity statement).

We do not ask for your phone number, date of birth, address or photo.

Who can see it

You see your own work and results. Instructors and authorised course coordinators of your course see the learners and work they are responsible for. Other learners cannot see your work or marks.

How long we keep it

For the current pilot, your submissions, marks and attendance are kept for up to 12 months after your course ends, unless the organisation running the course asks for earlier deletion or agrees a different period. If you receive a certificate, a minimal record (your name, the course, the date and its status) is kept so that it can be verified, for as long as the certificate is valid.
